MAXPHOS RT is a cold immersion zinc phosphateprocess chemical as a prepaint base for powder coating, stoving paint or spraypaint top coat.

MAXPHOS RT produces a compactedmicrocrystalline globular fine grained & smooth crystal on mild steelsurfaces. The average coating weight is 300-500mg sqft and conform to theIndian specification 3618-1966 class B/C standard. The coating acts as anexcellent base for painting application, providing necessary bonding withmetallic surface and under-paintprotection against and paint peel off.
